At the origin of the project, GaelO was conceived to be hosted on the servers of the research structures themselves for their own needs. It quickly became apparent that this mode of operation did not correspond to the expectations of the institutions, which preferred a fully managed service in the form of a ready-to-use software-as-a-service.<\/p>\n

This is how the GaelO service offer was born, released by Pixilib in the form of a software as a service (or SaaS) in a packaged offer for a simple study launch.<\/p>\n

– The installation of a GaelO platform configured according to the needs of the study and ready to use: notably, the installation of customized CRFs according to the specifications provided for each study.<\/p>\n
– Maintenance of the solution during the whole duration of the study: we ensure that GaelO is always operational for your users.<\/p>\n
– Strict compliance with the GDPR regulation with our Data Protection Officer (DPO) specialized in health: in particular, data is stored in a group of secure data centers (triple replication) all located in the Paris area.<\/p>\n
